Pixelate App

(Solana)

Convert your favorite images to pixel art and store on Solana.

The web app takes a user submitted image, generates a lower-resolution pixelated version, and uploads the resulting image to the InterPlanetary File System (IPFS) for storage via a backend server. The file hash is then stored in Solana, allowing the newly generated image to be displayed on the web app.

Deployed on the Solana devnet. Free devnet tokens can be received from the Solana Faucet.

As a personal hacking project not using dedicated hosting, please note when visiting the app that it may take a few moments to spin up from the server.
