• Team & contract management. Management of mid-sized delivery teams and external consultants and providers.

• Stakeholder engagement. Communications strategy development and execution, for external stakeholders including a general audience and internal stakeholders including senior decision makers.

• Data analysis, policy development & technical writing. Research, analysis and synthesis to inform policy recommendations and technical approaches during project delivery.

Web3 project hacker

• Current (Australia)

• Personal project hacking of fulls stack web 3 apps across Ethereum, Solana, Polygon and Terra chains. See Portfolio above.

Project manager/director

• Victorian State Government and the City of Melbourne Council, 2017-2021 (Australia).

• Largest project delivered a $50m security infrastructure upgrade across Melbourne public landmarks, to protect against hostile vehicle attacks. This involved coordinating across multiple government departments, managing the full project lifecycle and team of project managers and external consultants, change management, developing new technical standards for project design, briefing senior executive and the overseeing Minister, and overseeing communications strategy and materials.

Founder/director

• Lexico Health, 2017-2020 (US).

• Founded and directed a small business selling smart medical devices. Responsible for all technology development and maintenance, including phone/web apps, device integrations, and customer databases.

• Wound down in 2020 due to overall state of market and supply chain and manufacturing disruptions.

Consultant

• KPMG, 2015-2017 (Australia).

• Clients included Australian government departments, large healthcare providers and non-profit organizations.

• Technical projects included developing a new agent-based transport model for use in assessing major infrastructure builds, health and demographic data analysis and modelling to inform government policy investment, and financial modelling to inform organizational staffing and service delivery models.

• Other projects included development of strategy and policy recommendations based on legislation reviews, stakeholder consultations, and and other research and data analysis.
